We will provide you with the completed State of Florida designated Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form. Furthermore, we also provide one photograph to validate each attribute marked in the form.

You will need to certify that we did the inspection by signing and submitting the completed inspection we performed to your homeowners insurance. We recommend you keep a copy for your own records.
